Room Service Ordering
Talk to me
For villas, hotels and guest houses

Guests order food from their room by scanning a QR code.

Every room gets a QR card. Guests scan it, choose food from your menu, and you bring it to the room.

  • No phone calls
  • No wrong room numbers
  • No app to download

How it works

From QR code to food at the door, in 6 simple steps.

  1. 01

A QR card is placed in every room

Each card belongs to one room. Room 7 gets the Room 7 card, so the system always knows where the order comes from.

  2. 02

The guest scans it with the phone camera

Any phone works, Android or iPhone. There is nothing to download and no account to create.

  3. 03

Your menu opens, with the room number already filled in

Photos, prices and the same item numbers as your printed menu. The guest never types the room number.

  4. 04

The guest picks food and confirms

They can add a note like “less spicy”. One tap on Confirm sends the order to your kitchen.

The guest sees every step, live

Accepted, preparing, ready. No more “Is my food coming?” calls to reception.

Why owners switch

Paper menus and phone orders are quietly costing you sales.

When ordering is a hassle, guests order less, or not at all. Make it effortless, and they order more.

With paper menu cards
With QR ordering

No photos. Guests play it safe and order what they already know.

Every dish has a photo, so guests order what looks good, not just what they know.

Drinks and desserts are buried on the back page.

Drinks and desserts are one tap away, so every order gets bigger.

Guests must call reception. Many simply don't bother, especially late at night.

No phone call needed, so guests order more often, at any hour.

Foreign guests struggle to order over the phone.

Foreign guests just point and tap. No language barrier.

Misheard orders mean wrong dishes, wasted food and unhappy reviews.

The right dish to the right room, every time. Fewer complaints, better reviews.

Every price change means reprinting the menu cards.

Change a price or hide a sold-out dish in seconds. Nothing to reprint.

Your menu becomes a salesperson in every room, 24 hours a day.
